1. Returns

a. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

b. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

c. Please contact our customer service at to initiate a return.

2. Refunds

a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

b. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

c. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

3. Exchanges

a. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service at moonyspartboat@gmail.con.

b. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Non-Refundable Items

a. Downloadable software products are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Costs

a. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

b. If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product, along with photos of the damaged or defective item.

b. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

7. Cancellations

b. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
